HOW IT WORKS

Know the next step before you start.

A useful first conversation leads to a clear scope, not an unexplained commitment.

1. Describe the need

  • Business type, service area, and the workflow you want to review
  • Your current order, dispatch, and customer-update tools
  • Approximate order volume and the assumptions you use for costs
  • A synthetic example of a routine order and an exception, without customer details

2. Clarify the fit

We review the information, ask the missing questions, and identify any provider, professional, access, or data-handling dependencies. Do not send sensitive documents through the public form.

3. Define the proposed outcome

  • An order-to-delivery process map with named responsibilities
  • A contribution worksheet with assumptions and excluded costs stated
  • An exception-handling and customer-update checklist
  • A written scope for any agreed documentation or tool-configuration work

4. Agree the arrangement

Review a written scope and proposal before work or a provider change. Confirm who does what, how acceptance is checked, and what remains outside the scope.

5. Keep the handoff visible

The enquiry is kept in the shared desk with its brand and project details. Internal ownership, next-action notes, and follow-up dates help track the conversation. This does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
